Payment options

Our checkout facility offers a wide range of payment options. Fill in and send information via our secure SSL technology. Together with our payment service provider, we will ensure your payment is safely processed.

Cash payment on collection

If you have selected the payment method 'Cash payment on collection', you can collect your order at our offices in Roermond (The Netherlands). Don't forget to make an appointment. Pay by cards not possible, cash only!.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, your order will be confirmed (automatically, and within a few minutes of your order) via email. Should you not receive your order confirmation, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us.

Will I receive a receipt?

After your order and payment is completed you will receive an invoice via e-mail. This invoice is your receipt.

The Guttering Expert strives to ship your order within two business days. This delivery time will be observed as much as possible, but is not binding.


DPD

Delivery at home address (or any address in urban area)
DPD delivers on Monday through Saturday from 08.30 am to 6.00 pm.
1. As soon as your parcel is ready for shipment, we'll send you a Track & Trace code per email. With this code you can trace your shipment. Usually the system shows information about your parcel as from 08.00 pm.

United Kingdom:
There are two delivery attempts. If you're not at home at the second delivery attempt, you'll receive a notification in your letter box. With this notification you can collect your parcel within 8 calendar days at your nearest DPD Parcelshop.
Ireland:
One day before the delivery DPD sends you an email to notify you about the delivery of the parcel on the next business day. If you are unable to receive the parcel on the delivery date mentioned in the notification, you have the option to change the delivery date with DPD (or to change the delivery address, for example your work address or a DPD Parcel shop in your area). Please use this website to schedule a new delivery date www.dpd.ie/Help. (then go to ‘Manage My Delivery’).
3. On the day of delivery DPD sends you another email with the expected delivery time (1-hour slot). If you're not at home at the time of delivery you'll receive a notification in your letter box. With this notification you can collect your parcel within 8 calendar days at your nearest DPD Parcelshop.

Delivery at business address (industrial area)
DPD delivers on Monday through Saturday from 08.30 am to 6.00 pm.
1. As soon as your parcel is ready for shipment, we'll send you a Track & Trace code per email. With this code you can trace your shipment.. Usually the system shows information about your parcel as from 08.00 pm.
2. The first delivery will be followed by a second delivery if nobody is at home (usually on the next business day). If you are not at home the second time, the parcel will be returned to the Guttering Expert.


Is it possible to deliver my order to a different address than my home address?

Yes, please state the delivery address at checkout.

Returns

Withdrawal period

All your orders are subject to a 14-day withdrawal period, commencing on the day your order is delivered. Within this period you can view and/or try the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upon receipt immediately check if your order has been delivered undamaged and complete. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is not the case.

You can return the item:

  • Within the withdrawal period of 14 days.
  • If the item is complete.
  • In the original factory condition and packaging - as far as reasonably possible.
  • Please contact our customer service by email first: info@guttering-expert.co.uk. We will send you a confirmation by email.

Some items cannot be returned. These are:

  • Items that are customised to your needs.


To ensure a quick and effective processing of your returned order, please take note of the following:

  • Always contact our customer service first by email: info@guttering-expert.co.uk. You will then receive a confirmation email including instructions for the return procedure.
  • Always include a note with your parcel stating your name, address, copy of invoice and bank details.
  • If you return more than one parcel, please include a note for every single parcel.
  • Cash on delivery parcels (or insufficiently stamped parcels) are not accepted.

Return shipping costs

Returning your order can be free of charge, depending on your country. Please check below country overview. After having approved your return shipment we deposit the purchase amount and shipping costs for the return shipment (if you have followed the indicated return procedure) into your bank account. If you return the entire order, we'll reimburse any shipping costs. The processing of returns can take up to 14 business days.

Here you can find the General Terms and Conditions for all our transactions.

Guarantee

The Guttering Expert provides up to 10-year guarantee on its guttering and rain water drainage systems in case of manufacturing faults and structural defects. Damage caused by human activity, animal or force of nature is not covered by the guarantee. Complaints occurring from faulty installation, poor maintenance and/or use of incorrect cleaning agents are not covered by the guarantee. Discolouration of the product is not considered a manufacturing fault or structural defect. Discoloration of products may occur, mainly as a result from influence of light. This particularly applies to plastic products. We refer to our General Terms and Conditions.


Complaints procedure

We pay a great deal of attention to the quality of our products and the execution of your order. However, in case you are not satisfied, please contact us. Please take the following into consideration: you only have a right to guarantee if you can provide a receipt. Written complaints can only be submitted by e-mail. We will respond to your complaint within 5 business days.
